• Voucher appointments (Groupons/LivingSocial) ARE ALL EXPIRED
• You must mention at the time of booking/confirmation if you are using a voucher for face value or you will be charged our regular rates
• You must provide an accurate VOUCHER # (under the barcode) to secure your appt. and a credit card number.
• All EXPIRED Groupon/LivingSocial vouchers at the time of your visit are worth their face value only. The difference of the full value of the treatment is expected at the time of service.

• Late arrivals are not guaranteed the full scheduled time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to fill out an intake form and to ensure your full appointment time
• Cancellations less than 24 hours or no shows will forfeit their voucher. It will be redeemed the day of your scheduled appointment as payment 

Cancellation Policies - 24 Hours Notice Required

We reserved this time especially for you...

• If there is a need to cancel an appointment, we require 24 hours notice.
• If you provide less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for your scheduled appt. as we have committed to serving you during this time. We will not re-book unless we receive payment for missed appointments.
• If you arrive late, you may not receive your full treatment, however you will be charged for the full service.
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first appointment. You will be asked to fill out an intake form to provide your massage therapist with pertinent information regarding your health history.  For all subsequent visits, please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for a complete session.
• I reserve the right to cancel at any time up to 1/2 hour before scheduled appointment time for any reason.
